Your personal data will be processed in order to handle your inquiries or notifications, pursuant to Art. 6 section 1 letter b GDPR

The Administrator processes the following personal data, the provision of which is necessary to handle your inquiry: company name or family name, e-mail address, telephone number, and, if necessary, sending a sample, postal address.

Additionally, in the event of concluding a contract, the company’s NIP number, company name, delivery address of the goods, along with telephone contact at the place of delivery.

The recipients of your personal data may be: an accounting office, a courier company, authorized state authorities, subcontractors and service providers of AURELIA Jean Paciorkowski, acting on behalf of this company.

Your personal data will not be processed in an automated manner (including in the form of profiling) so that any decisions could be made as a result of such automated processing.
